I design backend systems and applied AI — and ship them to production.

At Smart Media Clarity I designed and led the backend architecture of a real-time computer-vision product that detects safety-critical events — multi-tenant microservices on GCP, granular access control, KMS encryption and audit trails into BigQuery.

Before that I taught programming and applied AI at a pre-military academy, and I started out in the IDF as a network administrator and information security officer — where I self-taught SharePoint and HTML to build a knowledge-management system for my brigade, earning the Brigade Excellence Award.

These days I’m deep in backend engineering and applied LLM work — and I run better-sign.co.il, a commercial e-signature SaaS I built and operate solo, in production with paying clients.

  1. Software Developer @ Smart Media Clarity

    2025 — present

    real-time computer vision · zero-trust access management

    • Designed and led the architecture of the Secure Sharing Framework — a zero-trust, multi-tenant authorization core for a real-time computer-vision product handling highly sensitive safety data, enforcing strict data isolation.
    • Implemented granular security policies with RBAC, Firebase JWT custom claims, Firestore & Cloud Storage security rules, KMS encryption at rest, and comprehensive audit logging into BigQuery.
    • Build and maintain core backend microservices on Cloud Functions, BigQuery and PostgreSQL, exposing REST APIs consumed across multiple tenants.
    • Built a semi-autonomous CI/CD pipeline where scheduled agents run audits, tests and deployments under human-in-the-loop approval.

    • Built a WhatsApp-based platform connecting therapists with patients (Beregesh) end-to-end — server setup, client development and AI integration with the Claude API driving real-time conversation flows.

A commercial e-signature platform for real-estate brokerage agreements — built, launched and operated solo, end-to-end, in production serving paying clients. Instance-per-tenant architecture with isolated containers and databases, subdomain routing and a central licensing & provisioning service; compliant signing flow with OTP identity verification, tokenized signing links and a tamper-evident, content-hashed audit trail.
